Addison graduated from the technical communication department at Mercer University’s School of Engineering with a specialization in user experience (UX), and minors in Spanish and marketing. She has experience developing social media strategies, writing for diverse audiences, creating effective internal comms strategies, and designing UX-centered websites. Working with nonprofit Depaul USA, she facilitated usability studies on the Daybreak Macon app to locate user pain-points and analyze content structure. Addison loves working with clients to ensure all communication channels foster a positive user experience.
