With specialized experience in digital communications and strategy, Shannon has spent more than ten years serving established brands in agency and corporate settings. She began her career as a brand strategist supporting Delta Air Lines’ corporate travel initiatives through advertising, brand and product positioning, digital communications and web strategy—ultimately leading the client to be named the No.1 airline in corporate travel by Business Travel News. As she shifted into the nonprofit space, Shannon led numerous digital content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), e-communications and brand positioning efforts for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and its subsidiaries. She has also led organic search strategy, integrated communications campaigns, website redesigns and brand repositioning efforts for clients like Philly House, Save the Storks, Evangelical Covenant Church, Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), World Challenge, Partners and North American Mission Board (NAMB). Shannon specializes in digital storytelling and content strategy, and is trained in agile methodology. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Shannon holds a dual degree in marketing and sports management.
