Guardian is a communications agency located at 4401 Northside Pkwy., Suite 650, Atlanta, GA 30327. This policy describes what information we collect through guardian.agency, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it to be read.
Inquiries. When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, organization, the investment range you select, and anything you write to us. We use it to respond to you and to prepare for the conversation you asked for. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to our inbox.
Newsletter. When you sign up for the Guardian newsletter, we collect your email address, which is stored and managed by Mailchimp. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Signups are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Site analytics. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, from what type of device and browser, and the approximate location derived from your IP address. Analytics uses cookies. You can block it with standard browser controls or Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which maintains standard server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and performance, handled under Cloudflare's own privacy practices.
Embedded video. Some pages embed YouTube videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no advertising cookies unless you choose to play a video. Playback is subject to Google's privacy policy.
We share personal information only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf; when the law requires it; or, if Guardian is ever part of a merger or acquisition, as part of that transaction. That is the whole list.
Inquiry correspondence is kept as long as we need it to work with you and maintain ordinary business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us and we will honor any reasonable request. We may need to verify you are the person the information belongs to before acting.
Our site links to other websites, including our clients' and social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
