Heather

With more than 20 years of experience serving mission-focused organizations, Heather specializes in reputation and issues management, brand strategy and organizational and executive positioning. She has led multiple rebrands for legacy organizations, guided clients through significant crises and developed communications strategies for fundraising campaigns and advocacy initiatives. Heather previously served on the executive teams of Children’s Home Society of Florida and MHP Salud, where she led communications, branding, community engagement and business development. She also supported the Wycliffe family of organizations through the Wycliffe Foundation, and worked with Zondervan Publishing Company. An accredited public relations professional, Heather has received national recognition from PR Daily for crisis communication, brand development and PR leadership. She also earned the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Orlando Ethics Award for leadership in the ethical practice of public relations. She has served nearly two decades on PRSA boards at the local, district and national levels, and currently sits on the national PRSA Board of Ethics and Professional Standards. Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in integrative public relations from Central Michigan University.
