During her 16 years in communications, Christine has lent her expertise to some of the nation’s largest Christian ministries, such as Compassion International, Christian Care Ministry, MAP International and Olivet Nazarene University. For Bishop T.D. Jakes’ MegaFest, Woman Thou Art Loosed! and International Leadership Summit conferences, Christine has led strategy, media credentialing and media relations, and has facilitated interviews for well-known entertainers and business leaders like singer Michelle Williams and actors Bryan J. White and Laz Alonso. For several years, Christine led American Bible Society’s campaign for State of the Bible, an annual research survey of Americans’ perceptions and habits around the Bible. She also produced an annual press conference at The National Press Club in Washington, D.C., for Open Doors to announce its annual World Watch List. Christine has worked with some of the top media outlets in the U.S., such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, Fox News and CNN. In addition to her expertise around media relations, crisis communications, strategy, messaging and brand management, Christine specializes in vulnerability assessments and credentialing media. She built and implemented a robust media credentialing system, which she oversaw at Billy Graham’s memorial service. Prior to Guardian, Christine spent nearly nine years at DeMoss after starting her public relations career working at a local nonprofit. Christine is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and holds a communications degree (emphasis in public relations and advertising) with minors in religion and business.
