How can authentic influencer partnerships amplify a brand’s reach and voice?

The Challenge

Woman Evolve sought to generate dynamic social media conversations and broaden its online reach in the lead-up to its annual conference. While the brand has a strong community foundation, it wanted to extend awareness into new audiences while ensuring alignment with its values. The challenge was clear: Find creators who could amplify the event authentically, while maintaining credibility and avoiding potential reputational risks.

The PROCESS

Guardian designed a creator campaign that emphasized authenticity, alignment and engagement quality to generate awareness for the brand.

Campaign Ideation + Strategy Development

Guardian identified the ideal creator persona, goals, KPIs, messaging, deliverables and creator compensation. Woman Evolve would offer influencers free access to the conference in exchange for content creation on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring value to the creator and brand.

Creator Discovery + Vetting

Leveraging a proprietary system to identify and vet creators who aligned with brand values, target audience and the campaign goals, Guardian built a list of potential partners. We prioritized local influencers who were more likely able to participate in on-site coverage. We established a clear approval process that allowed the client to have final sign off on creator selection.


Campaign Management

Of the influencers contacted, 40% expressed interest, with 17 ultimately approved for partnership. Guardian managed the details of the campaign, from creator communication to brand assets and content guidelines, using industry-leading software for seamless execution. The team fielded questions, coordinated logistics and scheduled reservations for exclusive content spaces.

One standout content space, The Winning Zone, provided a dedicated environment for creators to film high-quality content with strategic brand and sponsor placement—enhancing visibility and consistency of messaging.


On-Site Activation

Guardian supported creators on-site by providing exclusive filming locations, interview opportunities and access to events. This hands-on approach ensured creators were well-equipped to capture and share compelling content throughout the conference.



The results

The influencer partnerships generated substantial visibility and engagement, driving conversations around Woman Evolve:

  • 233 total posts created across Instagram and TikTok.

  • 2.07 million impressions generated from credentialed influencers’ posts alone.

  • 128,760 engagements (likes, comments, shares, saves).

  • $20.3 million earned media value.

  • Expanded reach beyond women-focused and spiritual online communities, amplifying the event beyond its immediate audience.

  • Sparked conversations that emphasized the authenticity, empowerment and energy of the Woman Evolve brand.
